14K Gold Carved Onyx Citrine Diamond Pendant Enhancer

This estate jewelry piece is manufactured in solid 14K Yellow gold and produced in the shape of a heart. The carved black Onyx is in exceptional condition. The real Earth mined heart shaped Citrine measures 8mm (about 1.22 carats) and this is a very clean and transparent gem of a great intensity and strong brilliance. Gold balls surround the center stone . Three genuine gemstone cabochons are set on the top. They are two 4mm each Rubies and 6mm x 4mm Green Tourmaline. Two tiny diamonds are set on the enhancer part. The drop heart part measures 18mm x 22mm x 7mm, the entire pendant including enhancer is 1.5” , the enhancer measures 12mm x 5mm. The pendant is in excellent condition and it weighs 7.9 grams.
